Procedures and Training Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Procedures and Training Engineer to join our team at ESSP. As a key member of our operations coordination team, you will be responsible for managing operational and maintenance procedures of the EGNOS System, as well as the operational training for operators and maintainers of the system.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations and Maintenance Procedures Management: You will be responsible for the creation, update, and validation of operational procedures for the EGNOS System, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Operational Training: You will manage the training for system operators and maintainers, including the development of training materials, the organization of training sessions, and the follow-up of the training process.
- Team Support: As a member of the operations coordination team, you will participate in the management of projects for the deployment of new versions of the EGNOS system and provide support to your colleagues in their operational tasks.
- Contribution to Projects and Developments: You will participate in the implementation of procedures or training processes for future systems, the preparation of procedures and training for the major evolution of the EGNOS system towards V3, and the production of all the training materials required for this major evolution.
- Engineering Degree or Equivalent: You must hold an engineering degree or equivalent.
- Available for Occasional Travel: You must be available for occasional travel in Europe.
- Variable Bonus: Bonuses based on objectives.

- Teleworking: Up to 2 days/week.
