Procedures and Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procedures and Training Engineer to join our team at ESSP. As a key member of our operations coordination team, you will be responsible for managing operational and maintenance procedures of the EGNOS System, as well as operational training for operators and maintainers of the system.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations and Maintenance Procedures Management: You will be responsible for the global coordination of operational procedures creation/updates projects, involvement in industrial documentation reviews of the various EGNOS versions, and implementation of all modifications required for the entry into service of the new EGNOS version.
- Operational Training: You will manage EGNOS training for system operators and maintainers, and ESSP personnel, including the management of the supplier in charge of producing training modules and supplying and maintaining the training tool.
- Team Support: As a member of the operations coordination team, you will participate in a more or less significant way, and/or ensure the back-up of certain operational tasks for which your colleagues are responsible.
- Contribution to Projects and Developments: You will participate in the implementation of procedures or training processes for future systems, or production of training for other ESSP projects.
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Available for occasional travel in Europe
