Procedures and Training Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Procedures and Training Engineer to join our team at ESSP. As a key member of our operations coordination team, you will be responsible for managing operational and maintenance procedures of the EGNOS System, as well as the operational training for operators and maintainers of the system.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations and Maintenance Procedures Management:
- Coordinate the creation and update of operational procedures for the EGNOS System.
- Review and implement industrial documentation for various EGNOS versions.
- Coordinate the entry into service of new EGNOS versions, including EASA authorization and configuration management.
- Deliver relevant procedures to operators and maintainers.
- Follow up on 'Observation Reports' raised by operators and maintainers, leading to corrections and temporary operational instructions.
- Operational Training:
- Manage EGNOS training for system operators and maintainers, and ESSP personnel.
- Manage the supplier responsible for training module production and maintenance.
- Organize and supervise the execution of training, including initial, refresh, and specific training.
- Produce training material and follow up on the development and maintenance of the training simulator.
- Follow up on ATSEP certification of operators and maintainers, including English language proficiency.
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Available for occasional travel in Europe.
- Variable bonuses based on objectives.
- Profit-sharing.
- Teleworking up to 2 days/week.
