Natural Products Business Development Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our natural products business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business strategy, market analysis, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a new process to guide natural ingredient management
- Lead the implementation of a new process to guide natural ingredient management
- Help define an industry-leading naturals strategy in partnership with Purchasing and Perfumery key players
- Help define ideal palette and offer guidance in rebuilding current (safety, price, certification, quality, purity)
- In partnership with the Green unit, raise Perfumer, fragrance development manager, Technical expertise
- Create the storytelling of ingredients to inspire FF clients for their respective PR and media campaigns
- Digitalization: help promote natural ingredients with the teams, also leveraging all available digital systems (for creation / Muse/palette, marketing, regulatory, 3rd party certification)

Requirements
- Business development expert, passionate operational leader, with at least 10 years track record of successfully driving business strategy, ideally in the Beauty or Personal Care industry, or with innovative companies in the Food sector, with focus in the ingredients businesses of such companies.
- 5 years' strong experience in naturals, preferably with an understanding of the fragrance industry.
- Academics: Business Master or similar or Science Degree
- Strategic Thinking & business acumen
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
