We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Financial Analyst for our Professional Hygiene Business Unit in the South West region of France.

The Tork brand delivers a wide array of professional hygiene products and services to diverse clients, including restaurants, healthcare facilities, offices, schools, and industrial sectors. Our offerings encompass dispensers, paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, napkins, and both industrial and kitchen wipers. Through our commitment to hygiene expertise, functional design, and sustainability, Tork has established itself as a market leader. As a global brand under Essity, we proudly partner with customers in over 140 countries.

This role is based in Saint-Ouen, reporting directly to the Senior Sales & Marketing Controller for Professional Hygiene in France.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct analyses and controls related to the financial performance of our Business Unit in France.
  2. Assist local Sales and Marketing teams in tracking overall performance and identifying deviations.
  3. Actively engage as a collaborative partner with local management teams.
  4. Prepare and deliver insights to Local Management Teams on all operational financial matters.
  5. Lead the local monthly and year-end closing processes.
  6. Develop deviation analyses to inform decision-making and corrective actions.
  7. Support and educate the organization during Essity's digital transformation journey.
  8. Assist with Power BI reporting.
Candidate Profile
  1. A university degree in a relevant field.
  2. Initial experience in a controlling role or similar position.
  3. Strong analytical and planning capabilities.
  4. Solid financial acumen and accounting knowledge.
  5. Proactive, customer-oriented, and self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  6. Proficiency in digital tools, with SAP and Power BI experience being advantageous.
  7. Familiarity with working in a matrix organization and a practical approach.
