About the Role

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Financial Analyst for our Professional Hygiene Business Unit, focusing on the South West region of France.

Essity stands as the premier provider of products and services in the professional hygiene sector, proudly representing the globally recognized Tork brand. As the leading market player in Europe and the second largest in North America, Tork delivers essential hygiene solutions to a diverse clientele, including restaurants, healthcare facilities, offices, schools, and various industries. Our product range encompasses dispensers, paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, napkins, and industrial and kitchen wipers. With a commitment to hygiene expertise, functional design, and sustainability, Tork has established itself as a market leader, operating in over 140 countries worldwide.

This position will be based in Saint-Ouen, reporting directly to the Senior Sales & Marketing Controller for Professional Hygiene in France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis and controls related to the financial performance of our Business Unit in France.
  • Assist local Sales and Marketing teams in tracking overall performance and identifying deviations.
  • Actively engage as a collaborative partner with local management teams.
  • Prepare and deliver insights to Local Management Teams regarding all operational financial matters.
  • Oversee the local monthly and year-end closing processes.
  • Develop deviation analyses to inform decision-making and corrective actions.
  • Ensure robust financial planning processes, including Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning.
  • Support and train the organization through Essity's digital transformation initiatives.
  • Assist with Power BI reporting.

Who You Are

  • A university degree in a relevant field.
  • Initial experience in a controlling role within a similar environment.
  • Proficient in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and planning capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, including SAP and Power BI, is advantageous.
  • Experience in a matrix organization with a practical approach.
