Human Resources Director

Pacific International Executive Search is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our client's team in France. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and secure work environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Continuously elevate the customer perspective of self and others by knowing our products, manufacturing, and selling processes.
- Own business partner relationships with Plant Manager, site Leadership team, and employees, fostering positive employee relations.
- Accountable for leading all on-site Human Resources functional areas to ensure satisfaction of near-term performance and longer-term succession needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of HR generalist experience in medium to large plants, with previous site HR leader experience required.
- Experience leading direct teams and proven track record of success in driving engaged organizations and change management.
- Labor and union management experience, with World Class Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement implementation experience an advantage.
- Must speak French and English.
