AXA XL is seeking a Senior Training and Knowledge Enablement Specialist to join our Ops & Tech Training and Knowledge Enablement team.

The successful candidate will have 10-15+ years of experience as a business trainer, with a focus on instructional design and conceptual training delivery, embedding and applying change behaviors.

They will also have excellent working knowledge in insurance underwriting and implementation processes and concepts, as well as prior experience in insurance underwriting or operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience in leveraging new technological capabilities, including e-learning and mobile training.

They will also have in-depth understanding of the insurance market, insurance lines of business, global insurance program solutions, as well as related operations tasks and procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with user communities to understand training needs and challenges, translating needs assessments into proposed enablement plans, and coordinating with Training & Knowledge Enablement Specialists across the globe.

They will also develop and deliver training courses for core insurance systems and processes, apply advanced learning techniques and tools, and act as a point of contact on complex user queries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, and cultural awareness and sensitivity to manage virtual and diverse teams.

They will also support the transition to new reference material and maintain existing reference tools, and actively support the Training & Knowledge Enablement transformation.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Ops & Tech Training and Knowledge Enablement.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work in a collaborative manner, support new or reoccurring tasks, and engage and maintain working relationships with defined key AXA XL stakeholders.
