Job Title: Principal Advisor, Training and Knowledge Enablement

At AXA XL, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Advisor, Training and Knowledge Enablement to join our team. As a key member of our Ops & Tech Training and Knowledge Enablement team, you will play a critical role in improving the way our teams experience learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with user communities to understand training needs and challenges.
  • Translate needs assessments into proposed enablement plans and align with other Training and Knowledge Enablement Advisors.
  • Coordinate with Training & Knowledge Enablement Specialists to harmonize and align existing training offerings and system/process reference tools.
  • Develop and deliver training courses for core insurance systems and processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for complex user queries.
  • Support team members based on advanced expertise in existing systems and processes.
  • Support the transition to new reference material and maintain existing reference tools.
  • Actively support the Training & Knowledge Enablement transformation.
  • Proactively engage and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • More than 10 years of experience as a business trainer with a focus on instructional design and conceptual training delivery.
  • Excellent working knowledge of insurance underwriting and implementation processes and concepts.
  • Excellent technical skills and experience in leveraging new technological capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of the insurance market, insurance lines of business, and global insurance program solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to manage virtual and diverse teams.
