Job Title: Senior Training and Knowledge Enablement Specialist

AXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Training and Knowledge Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Ops & Tech Training and Knowledge Enablement team, you will play a critical role in improving the way our teams experience the learning of existing and new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with user communities to understand training needs and challenges.
  • Develop and deliver training courses for core insurance systems and processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for complex user queries.
  • Support the transition to new reference material and maintain existing reference tools.
  • Proactively engage and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 10-15+ years of expertise as a business trainer with a focus on instructional design and conceptual training delivery.
  • Excellent working knowledge of insurance underwriting and implementation processes and concepts.
  • Excellent technical skills and experience in leveraging new technological capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to manage virtual and diverse teams.
