Digital Product Manager

At Schneider Electric, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs and be able to drive improvements across the customer journey to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize customer insights to analyze interactions across different touchpoints and drive improvements.
- Close work with Global Marketing, Countries, Operations, and Sales to implement digital experience initiatives.
- Deploy digital initiatives across countries and channels with the support of the team.
- Define strategies to optimize digital tools deployment and ensure adoption enablers are properly implemented.
- Track metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), and Returning Active Users (RAU).
- Develop training programs to empower internal stakeholders on digital experience.
- Participate in customer events and define a communication framework for presenting digital experiences.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to increase sales growth and ease digital enablers integration.
Requirements:
- Strong business understanding of customers' needs.
- Ability to drive data-driven decisions.
- Experience in digital transformation analysis and follow-up.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
