Digital Product Manager

At Schneider Electric, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Marketing, Countries, Operations, and Sales, to launch digital initiatives that differentiate our brand and measure customer satisfaction.
- Deploy digital initiatives across countries and channels, leveraging the support of your team.
- Define strategies to optimize digital tool deployment and ensure adoption enablers are properly implemented.
- Track key metrics, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), and Returning Active Users (RAU), and propose strategies for continuous improvement.
- Develop training programs to empower internal stakeholders on digital experiences and provide comprehensive knowledge about digital tools.
- Participate in customer events, define communication frameworks, and retrieve customer feedback and leads.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to increase sales growth and ease digital enablers integration in partner sites.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive insights-driven decisions.
- Experience in digital transformation and customer experience management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
