Digital Product Manager

Schneider Electric Norge AS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team. As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and maintenance of our digital products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products and features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions.
- Manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business objectives.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products, meeting quality and customer satisfaction standards.
- Lead and manage a team of business analysts, designers, and developers to achieve product goals.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize product development, delivery, and maintenance.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a digital or software development environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of digital product development, including design, development, and testing.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.
