Digital Product Manager

At Schneider Electric, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Senior Product Manager to join our Industrial Automation (IA) Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of digital products and experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze customer interactions across different touchpoints and drive improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with Global Marketing, Countries, Operations, and Sales teams to implement digital experience initiatives that differentiate our company brand from the market.
- Deploy digital initiatives across countries and channels with the support of your team.
- Track metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), and Returning Active Users (RAU), and assess countries' performance to propose strategies for continuous improvement.
- Develop training programs to empower internal stakeholders on digital experiences, providing a strong comprehensive knowledge about digital tools.
- Participate in customer events, define and implement a communication framework for presenting digital experiences, and retrieve customers' feedback and leads.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to support their initiatives and increase sales growth, and ease the digital enablers integration in partner sites.
- Strong business understanding of customers' needs to allow for data-driven decisions.
- Ability to measure performances of digital initiatives and propose adjustment strategies and insights within the support of your team.
- Assess the effort and budget required to perform digital transformation analysis and follow-up.
- Ensure reporting to senior leaders.
