Position Overview: This role presents a unique opportunity to take on a crucial and strategic position within our Talent team.

As the Talent Sourcing Leader for our Europe Sourcing Hub, you will be instrumental in ensuring our organization attracts top-tier talent efficiently and effectively. Your enthusiasm for leading a sourcing team will be key in developing talent pipelines, advancing diversity sourcing strategies, providing talent mapping insights, and leveraging AI technologies to optimize our processes. You will set the strategic vision for the team, collaborate with Talent Acquisition Leads across various countries, and monitor performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Europe Sourcing Hub, managing a team of 6 FTE augmented resources, ensuring optimal performance aligned with established metrics.
  • Define the Talent Acquisition strategy for your designated cluster, managing a team of 4 direct reports in partnership with the RPO team, and achieving or surpassing set KPIs.
  • Engage with business leaders to comprehend their needs, secure commitment, and implement talent strategies that deliver tangible value. Provide updates on hiring progress and market conditions using both internal and external data.
  • Analyze market trends, economic conditions, and employment landscapes to identify challenges and opportunities, enhancing staffing strategies and leveraging our brand.
  • Foster strong relationships with business units, HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and our RPO. You will be an integral part of the local HR Leadership Team and the Regional Europe Talent Acquisition Leadership Team.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement to maintain a competitive edge in talent attraction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in people management, successfully leading teams.
  • Expertise in sourcing or direct search, with a keen interest in new tools and innovative practices.
  • Several years of experience in Recruitment Marketing strategies, including targeted campaign approaches and analytics, with strong knowledge of digital media channel strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with strong abilities in influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution, alongside excellent stakeholder management.
  • Capability to consult and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • An innovative mindset, focused on experimentation to ensure we lead in hiring practices and solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent project management skills, with a focus on optimization.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
