As a key player in our sales team, you will provide essential expertise and management for all commercial activities related to the Product Inspection Product Line within the Production Process and Analytics (PPA) business unit of the Chemical Analysis Division (CAD). Reporting directly to the EMEA Sales Manager for Product Inspection, your role will focus on maintaining robust customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities within our established client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve targeted sales objectives for your designated territory, collaborating with external partners and directly engaging with customers.
- Deliver exceptional support to customers, OEMs, engineering firms, and partners to foster long-term business relationships and enhance overall results.
- Exceed customer expectations through effective communication, responsiveness, cost management, and scheduling considerations.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products and their applications to provide informed guidance.
- Recruit, train, and inspire Independent Sales Organizations (ISO), agents, and channel partners to maximize sales performance.
- Coordinate sales initiatives with other territories, product lines, and the internal sales team.
- Participate in local and international trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our offerings.
- Provide regular forecasts, weekly reports, and market intelligence to your supervisor and relevant personnel, ensuring all customer interactions are documented and updated in our systems.
- Be prepared for overnight travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Utilize CRM tools (such as SFDC) to report sales data effectively.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A solid technical foundation, ideally with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial equipment sector.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, SFDC, and internet applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen in a matrix organizational structure.
- A valid driving license is required.
