Sales and Account Manager for Quality Control Systems

As a key member of the Production Process and Analytics (PPA) business unit within the Chemical Analysis Division (CAD) at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will play a vital role in driving sales and commercial activities for Quality Control Systems (Gauging).

Reporting to the Commercial Leader EMEA, you will lead the selling and account management efforts for existing markets, supporting the growth and profitability of the business. Your strong customer relationships, strategic approach, and sales expertise will be crucial in meeting sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide and achieve forecast in booking and revenue
  • Collaborate with external partners or directly engage with customers
  • Improve long-term business results and strengthen relationships
  • Select, train, and empower agents and channel partners
  • Report sales data optimally through CRM (SFDC) and other tools
  • Communicate effectively and share market insights which helps for decision-making

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills
  • Languages: French and English, with proficiency in business communication. Additional languages, particularly Italian and Spanish, are welcome
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office and internet applications (knowledge in SFDC is welcome)
  • Organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet timelines
  • Proven commercial excellence working in a matrix environment
  • Valid driving license

Education

Bachelor's degree in sciences or equivalent technical background

Experience

At least 3 years of sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record of success. Experience in sales to industrial clients within the Metal, Packaging, Converting, and/or Battery Manufacturing markets will be highly valuable.
