Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shift Team Leader to join our team at Accor. As a Shift Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, maintaining high hygiene standards, and ensuring the safety of our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the store's daily operations, including receiving and storing inventory, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure that all store staff are trained and equipped to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of store operations, including inventory levels, sales data, and customer feedback.
- Identify and report any potential safety hazards or incidents to the management team.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to lift and move boxes and product, and work in a chilled environment.
- Stamina to perform tasks that involve standing and moving for extended periods.
