Key Responsibilities:- Organize store operations efficiently, maintaining high hygiene standards and ensuring cleanliness in all storage areas.
- Assist during vegetable receiving, sanitize vegetables and fruits, and transfer them to designated storage areas.
- Monitor storage temperatures, record readings, and communicate any variations to the Engineering Department and Department Head.
- Adhere to HACCP procedures and policies to ensure food safety, and assist in maintaining FIFO and FIFEO inventory systems.
- Help issue food items to F&B outlets and kitchens based on approved requests from the Executive Chef.
- Report activities and any issues to the BOH Manager/Stewarding Department Head.
- Ensure proper care of all equipment and furniture entrusted for Heartists use.
- Be well-familiar with the hotel's policies and procedures, physical layout, and emergency procedures.
- Know safety regulations and ensure their application to ensure the safety of people and property.
- Respect and ensure respect of the hotel's commitments to the Environment Charter of Sustainability program.
- Understand and adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Heartists Handbook and the Hotel's policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety.
- Ensure confidential records and information are properly safeguarded and not removed from the office.
- Do not disclose financial information or any other information of Accor Hotels.

Qualifications:- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, e.g., Steward/Kitchen Assistant.
- Good organizational skills are essential.
- Possess basic understanding of Hygiene and Food Safety Standards.
- Basic record-keeping skills are crucial.
- Ability to lift and move boxes and product.
- Capability to work in a chilled environment.
- Stamina to perform tasks that involve standing and moving for extended periods is highly critical.
