European Sales Manager

The company Dunn Belmont Limited is a leading manufacturer of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) systems. Their instruments are used in various industries, including academic, pharmaceutical, metals, mining, food, cosmetics, polymers, oils, plastics, thin film metrology, and nanomaterials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a network of distributors across Europe to achieve sales targets and support their growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share in the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations, attend industry events, and provide training to channel partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, with 50% travel to customer sites.
Requirements:
- Education in an engineering or scientific field, such as Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or Materials Engineering.
- Experience with XRD and XRF systems, either in a laboratory or field setting.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Fluent English required, with additional European languages a plus.
