The company Dunn Belmont Limited is a leading manufacturer of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) systems. Their instruments are used in various industries, including academic, pharmaceutical, metals, mining, food, cosmetics, polymers, oils, plastics, thin film metrology, and nanomaterials.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a network of distributors across Europe to achieve sales targets and support their growth.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share in the assigned territory.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations, attend industry events, and provide training to channel partners.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  5. Work independently with minimal supervision, with 50% travel to customer sites.

Requirements:

  1. Education in an engineering or scientific field, such as Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or Materials Engineering.
  2. Experience with XRD and XRF systems, either in a laboratory or field setting.
  3. Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  5. Fluent English required, with additional European languages a plus.
