Job Description:

Airbus Protect is seeking a Product Manager Cybersecurity to join our internal team responsible for implementing technical reference frameworks within the company.

As a Product Manager Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for:

  • Portfolio Management: Organize and prioritize activities for a portfolio of projects, lead project managers and architects on the perimeter, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

  • Risk Management: Evaluate the compliance of third-party systems with internal technical reference frameworks, determine the level of risk associated with the deployment of interconnected infrastructure, and provide support to governance entities.

  • Project Management: Participate in and lead projects to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks, and provide guidance on cybersecurity best practices.

  • Decision-Making: Make informed decisions regarding cybersecurity investments and resource allocation.

Your Future Role:

  • Project Coordination: Accompany and support a portfolio of projects with high stakes to integrate cybersecurity requirements.

  • Information Collection: Gather necessary information to evaluate project portfolios, including project context, identification of security needs, regulatory requirements, and project complexity.

  • Risk Assessment: Analyze the maturity of third-party entities in terms of security and establish a risk level.

  • Skills Identification: Identify necessary skills to support and coordinate cybersecurity actors and stakeholders.

  • Remediation Planning: Plan and coordinate cybersecurity remediation activities with responsible stakeholders.

  • Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with cybersecurity architects to refine risk identification and propose mitigation plans.

  • Project Monitoring: Ensure the successful delivery of projects and evaluate cybersecurity risks to achieve initial risk reduction objectives.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

About You:
