Job Overview

We are excited to offer a remarkable opportunity to become a part of our distinguished culinary team as a Culinary Specialist II. This full-time role primarily focuses on dinner service within our staff dining facilities. As a Culinary Specialist II, you will have the opportunity to enhance your culinary expertise while preparing outstanding meals for our team members. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of meals in a cafeteria-style setting. Follow established recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality and flavor. Handle food ingredients and kitchen equipment with care and precision. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve service and production objectives. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Assist with the receiving and storage of food supplies. Qualifications

Your qualifications and skills include:

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Valid Food Handler Certificate required (can be obtained upon hire). Previous experience in the culinary field is preferred. Must possess valid authorization to work in the USA. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements Include:

Constant standing and walking throughout the shift. Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 40 lbs. Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting. Occasional climbing of ladders, stairs, and ramps. Additional Information
