Role Responsibilities:


• Participate in consulting or implementation teams during IT projects tailored for financial institutions, focusing on insurance companies.

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis, articulate functional requirements, and validate developed solutions while supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Collaborate closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.

• Actively engage as a member of an Agile team, taking ownership of assigned topics.

• Explore various roles and tasks within an international setting.

Required Qualifications:


• Initial professional experience in IT projects within the financial sector, ideally in insurance or bancassurance.

• A creative, resourceful, and proactive approach to solving complex challenges.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and present findings effectively.

• Proficient in engaging with clients from the financial sector in a professional context.

• Quick learner, thriving in a friendly yet challenging international environment.

• Enjoyment of teamwork with professionals from diverse backgrounds and expertise.

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree.

• Eligibility to work in the European Union on a full-time basis.

• Proficient command of English and French, with confidence in collaborating with native English speakers.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Familiarity with insurance business operations.

• Experience in fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT firms, particularly in insurance or bancassurance sectors.

• Leadership capabilities and management experience.

• Proficiency in additional languages.

• Willingness to travel internationally, dedicating up to 50% of work time to client engagements.
