About the role. Responsibilities include:


• Participating in consulting or implementation teams during IT projects for financial institutions, with a focus on insurance companies.

• Performing business analysis, outlining functional requirements, testing developed solutions, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Collaborating closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.

• Actively engaging as a member of an Agile team, taking ownership of your responsibilities.

• Exploring various roles and tasks in an international setting.

About the requirements. Candidates should possess:


• Initial professional experience in IT projects within the financial sector, ideally in insurance or bancassurance.

• Creativity, resourcefulness, and proactivity in addressing complex challenges.

• Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills to effectively present work outcomes.

• A solid aptitude for working with clients in a professional financial environment.

• Quick learning ability in a friendly yet challenging international atmosphere.

• A passion for teamwork with experts from diverse professional backgrounds.

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree.

• The ability to work in France and the European Union on a full-time basis.

• Proficiency in English and French, with confidence in collaborating with native English speakers.

• Familiarity with insurance business processes.

• Experience in fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT companies, particularly in insurance or bancassurance sectors.

• Leadership skills and management experience.

• Proficiency in additional languages.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for client engagements.
