Sales and Revenue Growth Manager

To maximize Gulf Air Group revenue through direct sales efforts and excellent relationships with government and commercial houses, ensuring that sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seek new sources of revenue through research and direct contact with private sectors and sales outlets of travel industries to increase sales opportunities.
- Provide timely and constant provision of efficient services and product information to institutions and the general traveling public through adverts, Internet/e-mail, or CRS, in liaison with concerned departments.
- Develop tactical sales and marketing activities in support of sales opportunities in both Travel Agents and Corporate marketplaces.
- Provide all forms of assistance required by travel agencies to enhance their revenue generation and achieve their Gulf Air sales targets.
- Survey the market frequently and monitor competitor activity and promotional schemes, providing feedback and recommendations to management for appropriate action.
- Ensure Gulf Air's participation in sales campaigns and public events, collecting sales leads for dissemination to concerned departments and providing feedback on current market trends and demands.
- Monitor and follow up on Travel Agents' productivity reports, ensuring agreed incentives are paid on time to agents, to ensure their continued support, resulting in more revenue.
- Represent Gulf Air at trade events, promotions, and sales functions, including supporting educational and familiarization visits.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in related sales and marketing functions.
