Job Overview
Motel One Paris-Porte de Versailles is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive sales growth and revenue for our hotel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and analyze sales data to optimize sales performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of the Paris market and congress clientele
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
