Job Description:

The Global Sales and Revenue Growth Management Functional Business Partner will define the digital technology strategy to enable sales and revenue growth management capabilities and deliver expected outcomes across priority geographies. This role will touch upon pricing analytics, price-pack architecture, mix management, trade spend analysis, promotion ROI management, and optimization.

The successful candidate will lead a team to execute the strategy at a global level and across regions, shaping the global sales and revenue growth management capability roadmap to support this strategy and enable future in-market activation.

Key responsibilities include building trusted relationships with global/functional leadership teams, understanding business stakes and objectives, and defining how technology can support them. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of a company's business and technology strategies, established business process areas, and how technology may impact and enhance business processes.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • MBA or functional experience preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in relevant business (IT or business function)
  • Able to evaluate technology, architect a functional landscape, and process alternatives
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, as well as high interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a demonstrated ability to form a productive relationship with a wide constituency, including business leaders, IT personnel, and vendors
  • Ability to balance global, regional, and local tensions
  • Strong consultative skills, problem analysis
  • Proven track record of delivering results in two or more of the following three areas: senior stakeholder management, digital technology strategy, project management
  • Willingness to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Experience in design thinking for ideation
  • Strong project/product management skills with familiarity with a variety of tools and techniques
