Job Title: Regional Site Manager

Design Build Search is seeking an experienced Regional Site Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing site-level operations for a portfolio of wireless infrastructure assets.

Responsibilities:
  • Interface with Regional Leasing Manager and tenants in leasing, site design, and installation processes
  • Establish and maintain daily project plans for multiple contracts as required
  • Prepare, coordinate, and close out all required accounting requirements for each project
  • Review and recommend tenant installation configurations on towers and in compounds
  • Approve tenant co-location applications
  • Communicate construction notice-to-proceed requirements to tenants and contractors
  • Conduct site walks with tenants
  • Complete project closeouts, including site walks, punch list item completion, document scanning, site binder, and accounting
  • Ensure compliance with regulations regarding proper signage at all sites
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local safety, environmental, and zoning code conditions
  • Facilitate tower and building inspections, as required
  • Facilitate site inspections to verify equipment removal, electrical configuration, etc.
  • Schedule routine and on-demand site maintenance and repair activities
  • Handle day-to-day project level customer, contractor, and internal communications
  • Develop and nurture client relationships
  • Monitor and communicate metrics with company tracking tools and reports on a minimum weekly basis
  • Assist Mergers & Acquisitions group with auditing of assets being considered for purchase or site management opportunities
  • Interface with Lease Administration regarding due diligence package questions and other site-related issues
Requirements:
  • Bilingual French & English
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering or technical field
  • Minimum seven years' experience in wireless communication development, site construction, and telecommunications construction project management
  • Thorough knowledge of telecommunication construction practices
  • Disciplined, organized, and thorough individual who is a self-starter
  • Demonstrated mastery in multi-tasking
  • Aptitude for success in a corporate environment
  • Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

The position works in a standard office environment and in the field. Standing, sitting, driving, and walking are required daily. Minimal travel is involved.
