Job Description

Design Build Search is seeking an experienced Regional Site Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing site-level operations for a portfolio of wireless infrastructure assets, including towers, rooftops, and DAS networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Oversee the integration of new assets, maintenance of assigned portfolios of sites, and facilitate tenant installations.
  • Project Coordination: Establish and maintain daily project plans for multiple contracts, work directly with clients, and support internal and external resources.
  • Accounting and Administration: Prepare, coordinate, and close out all required accounting requirements for each project, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoice approvals, etc.
  • Tenant Management: Review and recommend tenant installation configurations on towers and in compounds, approve tenant co-location applications, and communicate construction notice-to-proceed requirements to tenants and contractors.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct site walks with tenants, complete project closeouts, and ensure compliance with regulations regarding proper signage at all sites.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local safety, environmental, and zoning code conditions.
  • Facilitation and Communication: Facilitate tower and building inspections, schedule routine and on-demand site maintenance and repair activities, and handle day-to-day project-level customer, contractor, and internal communications.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture client relationships by identifying requirements, anticipating and resolving problems, and monitoring and communicating metrics with company tracking tools.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual French & English
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field
  • Minimum seven years' experience in wireless communication development, site construction, and telecommunications construction project management
  • Thorough knowledge of telecommunication construction practices
  • Disciplined, organized, and thorough individual who is a self-starter
  • Demonstrated mastery in multi-tasking
  • Aptitude for success in a corporate environment
  • Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

Position works in a standard office environment and in the field. Standing, sitting, driving, and walking are required daily. Job will involve minimal travel.
