Strategic Director of IT Operations

As a key member of the CMA CGM Group's IT department, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial exercises, internal and external resource management, and day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business management, preferably in IT, and will be able to lead a team of internal and external resources to achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic advisor to the CIO and senior management, providing guidance on financial management and resource allocation.
- Define, supervise, and coordinate department budgets, including tracking consumption, claiming status, invoice follow-up, and resource management.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity, and lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and tools.
- Work closely with platform/product managers to provide guidance and support in financial and resource management, and help them take responsibility for their areas of expertise.
- Seven or more years of experience in business management, preferably in IT within at least 2 companies.
- Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration, finance, or a similar field.
- Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments, and consulting experience in operations management is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English, O365/Office/SharePoint, and strong Excel skills are essential.
