In your role within the Compensation & Benefits division, you will be tasked with:
- Formulating the compensation and international mobility strategies
- Overseeing the remuneration packages for Executive leadership (approximately 200 individuals)
- Serving as the primary reference for job evaluations utilizing the Hay methodology to maintain uniformity across the Group's diverse regions
- Advising and supporting various countries on compensation-related issues (e.g., new incentive structures)
- Leading annual initiatives (Annual salary assessments, Performance evaluation processes, Long-Term Incentive distribution)
- Managing international mobility aspects (contract modifications, remuneration packages, social security, and payroll solutions)
- Engaging in salary benchmarking and various analyses with external partners
- Supervising the Group's vehicle policy in conjunction with the Group Purchasing Department
- Establishing performance monitoring metrics for the department
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing C&B projects aligned with operational requirements and FM Logistic's strategic objectives. These initiatives will have a global reach with a substantial HRIS component, necessitating collaboration among various HR stakeholders.
Ideal candidates should possess a business school or HR master's degree, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits. Proficiency in English is essential due to the international nature of the role, and knowledge of an additional language is advantageous. This position offers a permanent contract.
