About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing our media strategy in a particular geography, working closely with the marketing team to implement a media plan and assess its effectiveness.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute media plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage media budgets and negotiate with agencies
  • Monitor and analyze media performance using data and analytics
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital media

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in media buying and planning, ideally in a global or regional role
  • Strong understanding of digital media and its applications in marketing
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
