Le WOJO BUSINESS PARTNER H/F

Vous rejoignez notre équipe en tant que WOJO BUSINESS PARTNER H/F, un rôle clé dans l'écosystème WOJO. Vos 5 principales missions sont les suivantes :

1. Accueil & Gestion Opérationnelle

Vous êtes posté(e) à l'accueil et avez la responsabilité de :

  • Compléter toutes les informations dans les différents outils et dans le CRM.
  • Reporter les informations nécessaires au WOJO MANAGER.
2. Administratif/Finance

Vous vous assurez des créations de devis et du recouvrement et des relances de paiements. Vous veillez à renseigner toute la partie administrative dans les différents outils.

3. Business Partner

Vous avez la mission essentielle de créer du lien business entre nos clients, c'est-à-dire de les connecter entre eux afin qu'ils développent leurs activités. Vous utilisez des moments privilégiés pour remplir la base de données indiquant les besoins des clients et ensuite mettre en relation les membres entre eux.

Vous avez également la responsabilité de :

  • La promotion des sites WOJO (conférences, etc...).
  • Utiliser des outils digitaux pour faciliter la communication et le business des membres entre eux (afterworks, petits-déjeuners, etc...).

Vous devez avoir un goût pour les outils digitaux et maîtriser le pack office. Un anglais opérationnel est également nécessaire. La maîtrise des outils digitaux (connaissance d'un CRM serait un plus) est également souhaitée.

Horaires : Du lundi au vendredi, Repos le week-end
