**About IPAC Bachelor Factory**

We are a leading business school in France, ranked among the top Bachelor programs in the country. We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our partner company, a leading IT consulting firm. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for validating the title of **Responsible for Commercial Unit Development** within our Lille-based school.

The training costs will be covered as part of the apprenticeship program.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Aid in prospecting and developing a portfolio of large corporate clients
  • Analyze client needs
  • Participate in responding to RFPs
  • Contribute to the development of commercial offers
  • Participate in negotiations and closing deals
  • Aid in monitoring team members
  • Sourcing, direct approach, evaluation, and recruitment of future team members, in collaboration with a recruitment cell
  • Participate in agile rituals of the Sales team (stand-up, sprint backlog, retro)

**Requirements:**

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, ideally in an alternating program in BTOB commerce
  • Quick thinking
  • Sense of organization
  • Curiosity and dynamism
  • Good oral and written expression
  • Able to evolve in a team
  • Capacity for adaptation
  • Work in autonomy
  • Commercial interests (negotiation, prospecting, sales)
