Your Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Monitor system performance diligently using GTC software.
- Execute a range of maintenance-related tasks to ensure optimal system operation.
- Commission new HVAC equipment installations, ensuring proper functionality.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on client sites, providing timely solutions.
- Contribute to improvement proposals and repair strategies for enhanced system performance.
- Analyze energy consumption patterns to identify areas for optimization.
- Plan and oversee the interventions of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare detailed intervention reports and maintain accurate records within our management system.
- Prioritize safety procedures at all times, adhering to industry best practices.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in HVAC maintenance.
- Possess a diploma in HVAC or electrical engineering.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Hold valid electrical authorizations.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation systems, and applicable regulations.
