Accounting Manager

At CrossKnowledge, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting, reporting, and financial operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the daily operations of the accounting and financial operations functions, including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Coordinate activities around audit, tax, treasury, and cash management.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Assess and enhance financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Manage ERP accounting structure, including chart of accounts, cost centers, and profit centers.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals to ensure high-quality performance and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Expert working within ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics365 preferred).
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP/IFRS and SOX.
  • French and English required, with German also preferred.
  • International and multi-location accounting experience a plus.
