Your Role
As a vital member of our technical team, you will be tasked with the commissioning, upkeep, and troubleshooting of our systems at various client locations.
Your primary duties will encompass:
- Handling warranty equipment and executing assembly tasks
- Delivering service (audit, retrofit, manufacturer visit), and refurbishment activities
- Supporting sales growth by educating clients on diverse service options during site visits
- Enhancing Carrier's reputation by guaranteeing service quality and fostering customer loyalty
Who are we looking for?
We seek individuals who embody the following qualifications:
- Educational background in Thermal Engineering, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning
- Demonstrated experience as a field technician
- Competence in using computer tools
- Possession of electrical authorization and capacity certification
- Strong customer relations skills, exhibiting initiative and diligence
