Position Overview

  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of the procurement strategy, incorporating local nuances.
  • Oversee the supply chain process for Kyndryl, ensuring efficient order management while adhering to quality standards and timelines.
  • Manage tender processes and quotation requests, selecting suppliers based on optimal value for Kyndryl and maintaining compliance with procurement protocols.
  • Engage in negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms.
  • Conduct and document supplier assessments or fair value determinations.
  • Ensure the realization and accurate documentation of cost savings.
  • Utilize specialized systems and tools relevant to commodities, ensuring alignment with core procurement systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Handle contract management and negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, collaborating with Kyndryl stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with supporting teams, such as Accounts Payable.
  • Foster and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Manage the complete procurement process, including purchase order creation, modifications, and invoicing.
