Job Opportunity
BALENCIAGA S.A.S. is seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Visual Merchandising department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of all aspects of Visual Merchandising, including visual storytelling and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Global Visual Merchandising Director to develop and implement seasonal and training guidelines.
- Build strong partnerships with HQ departments, including studio, retail, wholesale, merchandising, and communication, to ensure a seamless flow of information.
- Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising Guidelines across the Retail/Wholesale network, through remote and in-person visits, training, and other means.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of Visual Merchandising tools, tailored to the needs of the Retail/Wholesale network.
- Lead and support store openings, including VM layouts, ordering VM tools, and execution.
- Support special events, pop-ups, and other Visual Merchandising installations.
- Assist with Showroom setup and preparations.
- Promote the use of the Yoobic application to ensure clear communication across regions and stores.
Requirements
We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the luxury and fashion industry. You should possess sound knowledge of the current market and consumer trends, excellent product sensitivity, analytical and numeracy skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
