At LEWIS Communications GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Director to join our team. This is a strategic role that requires a deep understanding of the communications industry and a proven track record of success in client engagement and business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Expand client relationships into new markets or services
- Manage key regional accounts and execute new business and client upsell activity
- Support new business opportunities by identifying and proactively approaching potential prospects
- Drive management of key regional accounts and key campaign execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Work closely with clients and account leads to review account performance and identify opportunities for additional services
- Support execution on key campaigns and provide consultative advice on tactical communications activity
- Support the training of graduates and interns and promote opportunities at LEWIS Communications GmbH
- Demonstrable success at securing new business and account management
- Relevant experience of working in a B2B, corporate, consumer or digital communications agency environment
- Solid understanding of the wider communications and marketing industry
- Well-versed in social media and the integrated selling of digital marketing within a wider communications context
