Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative for the North-East Region at PAGE PERSONNEL, a distinguished distributor recognized for its excellence in the lubricant supply industry.

Company Profile: Our organization is celebrated as the top global supplier of lubricants, consistently leading the market for over 15 years. We offer a diverse portfolio of technical products, including hydraulic fluids and gear oils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client portfolios across various regions.
  • Convert new sites for contracts at global, regional, and local levels.
  • Balance a week of prospecting with implementation, coordination, and operational tasks.
  • Provide training to partners on our solutions.
  • Implement growth strategies for secondary markets.
  • Negotiate and convert small client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance local business opportunities.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in complex sales environments, demonstrating strong listening and analytical capabilities. Fluency in English is essential.

Compensation: This role offers a competitive fixed annual salary of 38,800 EUR, complemented by a 2% variable component. The position requires covering various regions with an expectation of 2 overnight stays per week.
