We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a TV Series & Publicity Coordinator Intern. As a key member of our publicity team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating publicity events, and assisting in the development and execution of publicity campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the publicity team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Assist in the organization and staffing of publicity events, including screenings, press junkets, and set visits.
- Support the team in uploading materials to our internal database and announcements to our website.
- Assist in the coordination of production publicity and campaign publicity, including the creation and delivery of publicity materials.
- Support the development and execution of publicity campaigns across our slate of TV series.
- Assist in the coordination, creation, and delivery of publicity materials, including images, clips, and press releases.
- Assist in selecting the best press materials for opportune moments, such as markets and festivals.
- Work across series publicity pre-production through the life cycle of a TV series.
- Help to prepare publicity slides for meetings and seminars.
- You have great communication skills and are able to prioritize tasks with guidance.
- You have a passion for TV series and a keen eye for detail.
- You are known for your organizational and time management skills, and are proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
