Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive business growth and expansion across various client segments.
  • Provide essential tools and methodologies for commercial monitoring, foster and maintain relationships with existing clients, identify new opportunities to expand the client portfolio, analyze bids, and ensure client retention within the designated geographical area.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing of services in progress and contribute to debt collection for the company.
  • Maintain and enhance quality standards.
  • Manage an annual production budget and report monthly results to the Management.

Profile: We are seeking an individual with a strong commercial mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for challenges. The ideal candidate should have field sales experience, preferably in the diagnostic real estate sector.

Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree plus about ten years of experience in diagnostic real estate or building trades. Experience in management, financial control, and commercial development is highly valued. Knowledge of asbestos is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range is €42,000 to €45,000 gross annual, depending on experience. Benefits include profit sharing, meal vouchers, and a company car.
