Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relationship Specialist (H/F), CDI for our client located in Marseille (13). Under the authority of the Client Service Manager, you will be detached to the client's site, a nursing home in Marseille. Your primary mission will be to ensure the logistical follow-up and client relationship of the Kalhyge service within the client's establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record, count, and ensure the proper sorting and packaging of soiled laundry
  • Receive, inspect, record, and store delivered items, manage any potential issues
  • Provide and distribute clean laundry, replace hygiene equipment for cleaning on the entire client site
  • Ensure proper laundry rotation
  • Communicate with the client, listen to their needs, and provide guidance to respond to their requests
  • Identify client risks and report them to the Kalhyge site via the client portal
  • Conduct inventory and order processing, manage any potential issues
  • Report any anomalies found via the client portal
  • Update the reporting software with activity data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong autonomy, good organization, and excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and client satisfaction
