About the Role

As a Contract Manager, you will be part of the Vendor Management Office (VMO) team, responsible for managing IT services for Global Beauty Tech. Under the supervision of the Group VMO Director, you will work with an expert community to source, partner, and optimize IT services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and negotiate contracts with IT managers, from need definition to contract stage.
  • Support the sourcing strategy and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, legal, purchasing, and security support teams to onboard new suppliers and projects.
  • Manage contract lifecycle, including contract and change management.
Requirements
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
  • Operational level of English and knowledge of IT, Beauty Tech, and digital markets.
  • Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management tools and different delivery models (T&M, FPC, WUB, IMS, AMS, Run, Roll-out, Build).
  • Understanding of ITIL, ISO/CEI 20000, eSCM, Agile methodology, and DevOps model.
