Sales Manager

Swiggy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales individually, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and agreed targets, while promoting the organization's presence and expense controls.
Key Responsibilities:- Sign contracts with restaurants and handle inquiries from existing and new clients.
- Gather sales leads from the market and actively approach restaurants, from no star to 5 stars, to onboard them with Swiggy as partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and advise them on market-related issues, offering solutions as needed.
- Manage sales administration functions, operational performance reporting, streamline processes and systems, and advise senior management on maximizing business relationships while creating a customer service-friendly environment.
- Responsible for handling potential clients in the field as the first in command.
- Be the face of Swiggy in the market and uphold the values we believe in.
- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in the sales domain.
- Good working knowledge and experience in e-commerce activities and all online marketing channels.
- Confident, pleasing, and a go-getter personality.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong attitude and aptitude for sales.
- Team player, able to work alongside people from diverse backgrounds.
- Analytical with good Excel skills.
- Leadership and influencing skills: Ability to identify, build, and utilize a wide network of contacts at all levels, achieving good results through a well-planned approach.
- Initiative and flexibility: Recognizes the need to adapt to change and implements appropriate solutions, identifying opportunities and recommending/influencing changes to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns.
- Creativity and initiative: Demonstrates creativity and originality in work, with personal drive to bring about change and help drive the business forward.
