Main Responsibilities- Establish and lead the scientific vision and strategy of our immunology research portfolio, identifying promising therapeutic targets and providing expertise in immunology.
- Lead a team of scientists, supervise their work, and enable their skills development and career growth.
- Manage your own research projects, providing scientific expertise and innovative ideas to ensure scientific and competitive intelligence in your field.
- Seek, initiate, and manage internal and external scientific collaborations, presenting results and preparing publications and clinical/regulatory documentation.
- PhD in immunology/cellular immunology with a solid background (minimum 10 years) in industry and/or academic research.
- Expertise in molecule development in immunology, with a strong track record of collaborations with CROs, biotechs, or pharmaceutical companies.
- Fluent English is required, with proficiency in French or a willingness to learn an asset.
