Immunology Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immunology Sales Lead to join our team in France. As a key member of our global network, you will play a crucial role in inventing, developing, and commercializing life-transforming medicines for people with serious diseases.
As an Immunology Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coaching the Sales Specialist Team in a designated area, providing relevant feedback, coaching, training interventions, development planning, and talent management to ensure team success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coaching the Sales Specialist Team in a designated area through appropriate leadership.
- Sharing best practices by identifying the most effective methodologies and sharing these insights with the Sales Specialist team.
- Providing input into Regional and Local Account plans, ensuring plans are operationalized with clear tactical plans assigned to each team member.
- Ensuring sales targets and goals are met through effective management and deployment of resources.
Requirements include:
- Several years of relevant professional pharmaceutical sales experience within the Life Sciences industry.
- Demonstrable account management experience with proven commercial sales success within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, finance, economics, market research, statistics, or the social, biological, or physical sciences.
- Fluency in French and conversational English is desirable.
