About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Director to lead our Customer Experience (CX) research team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through actionable insights and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 5-6 CX Researchers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality research projects.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, identifying trends, patterns, and key drivers of customer experience.
  • Develop and implement career development opportunities, identifying high-impact skill gaps for the team.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data collection methods and statistical analysis processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through customer-centric strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Market Research, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong background in quantitative research, including survey design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in research tools and software, particularly Qualtrics (ideally Frontline Digital and Qualtrics XM tools).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
