This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing Client Services Team at ITG, delivering multi-channel strategy, creative and activation, content production and digital transformation for Kingfisher across their 40 OEBs.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong agency marketing background who can contribute to the success of delivering multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative work and be able to assess the quality of our output to ensure it meets client expectations.
Responsibilities include taking a client brief and translating it into a thorough and insightful brief for our creative teams. You will also work with and develop relationships with our planning, scheduling and design teams to deliver high-quality work.
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of marketing disciplines and multi-channel activation
- Experience in a customer service role for brand and/or retail clients
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with workflow, DAM, and automated production platforms
In return, you can expect:
- A competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
